It is an excellent sales training program, which has been customized for PHCC and our industry and we are very excited to be able to offer it at the PHCC office. 	Nov-12	Class	Top Opportunity Performance Systems TOPS is a one day class taught by Quality Service Contractors (QSC) Business Coach, Lawrence Snow. Class is offered two consecutive days to allow you to send 1/2 your techs one day and 1/2 the other day. DATES: Monday, November 12th or Tuesday, November 13th. TIME: 8:00am-4:00pm COST: PHCC Members: $99.00 per person (after October 31 - $149.00) Non-Members: $150.00 per person (after October 31 - $200.00)
