EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:
  • TRADESHOW DATE: Saturday, October 16, 2010
  • TRADESHOW LOCATION: Anaheim Convention Center - 800 W. Katella Ave. - Anaheim, CA 92802
  • EXHIBITORS SET-UP: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
    Inside Truck Locations will be setup the day before the show.
  • EXHIBITOR TAKE DOWN: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • TRADE SHOW: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS:
Your time proven investment in this Trade Show Opportunity includes the following:

  • One Booth Approximate Size 10 x 10 (Truck Booths are Much Larger)
  • Side rails, Back Drop, 6' Draped Table, 1 Chair, 7" x 44" I.D. Sign

Sign up and deposit of 1/2 booth price is due by July 31st for a 5% discount to secure price and booth location. Balance is due by September 17th, 2010. Booth selection upon receipt of deposit. Booths are on a first come-first serve basis. We will be giving away approximately 2,000 t-shirts at the show, if you wish to have your product on the T-Shirt, just call the PHCC Office (714) 896-0153.

Please Note: Booths may not be shared without prior written consent.
This is not a job fair, solicitation of employees is prohibited and could result in expulsion from the show.

AGREEMENT:
*Initials: By signing this agreement the undersigned agrees to exhibit in the Annual PHCC Trade Show and to abide by and comply with all provisions and regulations as set forth in the official exhibitor show regulations. PHCC shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond it's control. Cancellations must be made prior to 60 days before the show, after that date the above amount is due in full.
