Confined Space Training Seminar
The Class covers CAL-OSHA, Title 8, Section 1556 thru 5158
requirements pertaining to identifying, demonstrating
knowledge of confined space entry requirement, identifying
hazards and setting up a basic confined space entry program.
Upon passing the class a non-expiring Certificate will be given.

Green Plumbers & ETP Training
This series of 11 classes and testing covers Climate Care,
Caring for our Water, Solar Hot Water, Water Efficiency
Technology and an Inspection Report Service. Class is FREE,
if you meet the ETP Qualifications – registered in the state
of CA, have an EID number, pay the employee $18.60 an hr. or
more, SSN must be provided for each employee and the
employer must pay into Employment Training Tax.

Sexual Harassment – What you Can't Say or Do in the Workplace – It's the Law
Certificate issued upon successful completion of the course. Class is taught by a licensed OC Construction Attorney. Assembly Bill (AB) 1825 mandates that an employer shall provide at least two hours of classroom interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory and upper personnel within six months of their employment. Training is required once every two years. The training will include practical examples aimed at instructing supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. The law requires this training for companies with 20+ employees. No matter the size of your company, you need to protect yourself with this training..
