Steps to Becoming a Member

1. You are eligible for PHCC Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino County membership if you are a licensed contractor working in one of our three counties.
2. To get started, download or complete the application form below. Send this with your nonrefundable application fee for $177.00 by email, fax, or mail.

   I HEREBY MAKE APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PLUMBING, HEATING, COOLING CONTRACTORS OF ORANGE, RIVERSIDE & SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES. In advance of the action of the association in voting upon my application for membership, I agree that if my application for membership is approved I will: Accept and comply with the By-Laws of the association. Accept and conscientiously live up to the Standard of Ethics as maintained by the Association. Pay my monthly dues assessment as billed.

   MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
   The undersigned agrees to become a member of the PHCC of Orange, Riverside & San Bernardino Counties. If, at the end of one year of membership in good standing, the undersigned wishes full reimbursement of his dues investment, PHCC will refund all dues monies paid, if the following conditions are met: Members must attend 75% of all local membership and general business meetings during the year, signing in and out. Register and attend at least one of the following meetings during one year of membership: Leadership Conference State Convention Members who decide to exercise their option of the Money Back Guarantee at the end of one year, agree to fill out a questionnaire explaining their action.

4. Once your application has been approved by the PHCC Board of Directors, monthly dues of $177.00 are payable at the first of each month and cover your three-tier membership of local, state, and national PHCC dues, and all of your benefits at those levels.
5. When accepted, you will become a member of Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of Orange, Riverside & San Bernardino Counties, PHCC of California, and PHCC – National Association.
